Overview

This website is operated by TeamOzy Technologies. Where these terms say "we", "us", or "our", they mean TeamOzy Technologies, and where they say "you", they mean anyone using the site.

By visiting or using any part of this site, including the AI assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Anything we add to the site later is covered by these terms too.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date at the top tells you when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version, so it is worth glancing at this page occasionally.

Who may use this site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. This is a site for businesses and the people who run them, not a service aimed at children.

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.

What this site is, and what it is not

This is a marketing site. It describes what TeamOzy does, and it gives you ways to start a conversation with us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a proposal, or a commitment to do work.

Browsing the site, chatting with the assistant, or booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship, and it does not put either of us under any obligation. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins for the work it covers.

We publish no pricing here. If a figure ever comes up in conversation before an agreement is signed, treat it as an indication rather than a quote. Real scope and real numbers come out of the call and the agreement that follows it.

The AI assistant

The assistant on this site is generated by a language model. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and it may describe things in ways we would put differently. It is there to help you get oriented, not to be relied on.

Nothing the assistant says is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and nothing it says binds us. If you need an answer you can act on, speak to a person at TeamOzy and get it in writing.

Please do not send the assistant passwords, credentials, personal data about other people, client confidential material, or anything else you would mind leaving on someone else's system. Messages are processed by a third-party provider, as described in our privacy policy, which is linked in the footer of every page.

The assistant is rate limited to keep it available for everyone, and we may change it, restrict it, or remove it at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or the assistant:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage anyone else toward one
• to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone
• to infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
• to submit deliberately false or misleading information, or to impersonate someone
• to upload or transmit malware, or anything else built to disrupt the site
• to scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest content or personal information from the site
• to probe, interfere with, or work around the site's security or rate limits

If you do any of these, we may withdraw your access to the site and the assistant without notice.

Intellectual property

The site and everything in it, including the text, design, graphics, logos, and code, belongs to TeamOzy Technologies or the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are welcome to read the site, quote it fairly with attribution, and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.

Ideas and feedback you send us

If you send us suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other material that we did not specifically ask you for, you agree that we may use it without restriction, without compensating you, and without any obligation to keep it confidential or to reply.

This is not us claiming ownership of your business ideas. It exists so that a passing suggestion about our website cannot later become a dispute. Anything shared under a signed agreement or a non-disclosure agreement is governed by that document instead, not by this paragraph.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to other organisations, and it relies on third-party services to work. We do not control those parties, we do not review everything they publish, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Anything you do with a third party is between you and them, under their terms, at your own risk. It is worth reading those terms before you rely on anything they offer.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, current, or free of error. Material here is general information only, and it should not be the sole basis for a decision that matters.

The site may also contain older material that was accurate when written and has not been updated since. We may change the contents of the site at any time, and we are under no obligation to update anything.

Availability of the site

We do not promise that the site or the assistant will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of it, at any time, without notice, and we will not be liable to you for doing so.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the assistant are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamOzy Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or your inability to use it. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, and the cost of replacement services, whether the claim is framed in contract, negligence, or anything else, and even if we were told such loss was possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits rather than excluded.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeamOzy Technologies and its people against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because you breached these terms, broke the law, or infringed someone else's rights.

Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the site. You can end them at any time by no longer using it.

If we believe you have breached these terms, we may withdraw your access at any time without notice. Any obligations either of us had before that point survive it, along with the sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity.

If part of these terms fails

If any provision here is found unlawful or unenforceable, it applies to the greatest extent it lawfully can, and the rest of these terms continue unaffected.

If we do not enforce something straight away, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy and anything else we post on this site, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site, and they replace any earlier understanding on that subject. They do not replace a signed engagement agreement, which governs the work it describes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts there. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, that protection is unaffected.
